Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing existing property profile end-to-end
* Communicate between landlords, tenants and other related parties.
* Attending inspections (open, in/out/routine)
* Attending tribunal if needed
* Trust accounting
* Paperwork (Agency/Tenancy agreements, etc.)
* Generate new listings through emails and phone calls

The successful applicant for this position must possess:
* Certificate of Registration or License
* 5 years + property manager experience
