**The role**
The Contracts Administration Support Officer provides a range of administration functions to the Corporate Services team in accordance with Gippsland Water policies and procedures.
This position will respond to internal and external customer queries ensuring a high level of customer service is provided.
**What you'll bring**
- Experience in providing administrative support to a team.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external customers.
- Experience in resolving customer enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus.
- Well developed skills in computer based technology using multiple software packages.
- The ability to work and engage in a team environment whilst working independently as required.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
