Overview
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available in our business analysis chapter for a Senior Business Analyst to support initiatives in the change engine. In this role, you will be part of a cross functional team, working with team members and Product Owners to understand the business requirements, manage the backlog and deliver on the required business analysis artifacts.
What You'll Do
* Manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced and fluid environment
* Engage with business stakeholders to understand current pain points and future business aspirations
* Capture business requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria that adhere to HBF standards within agreed timeframes
* Work with technical team members to communicate requirements, support solution design, defect identification and analysis
* Document current state and future state business processes
In this role, you'll be the key translator - making complex concepts easily understood across all sides of the organisation.
Let's Talk About You
You are a seasoned Business Analyst with experience working with Agile delivery teams and more traditional project teams. You navigate stakeholder needs, lead workshops confidentially and have a sharp attention to detail. You are collaborative, delivery-focused and show positive behaviours. You have a strong ability to absorb complex information, apply analytical thinking, and deliver clear, effective problem-solving.
Candidates should be curious about how AI can be applied across business functions and proactive in identifying opportunities where intelligent automation and machine learning can drive value.
