The Role Toll Group is seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to support the delivery of critical cyber security initiatives, with a focus on Identity & Access Management (Entra ID). You will play a key role in analysing business needs, designing IAM solutions, and ensuring strong security controls across systems and platforms. This is a hands-on role working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to strengthen Toll's cyber posture. Key Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of Cyber projects focused on the IDAM stream (Entra ID), ensuring they meet design, build, test, deployment, and operational standards. Proactively engage with various stakeholder groups to gather, document & analyse business requirements for IAM solutions Plan and lead workshops and meetings across business & technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Develop functional specifications, use cases, process flows and service transition documents Thorough understanding & grasp of user provisioning, authentication, authorisation & role-based access controls Ability to document integration points between identity platforms (e.g. AD/ Cloud/Entra ID) and enterprise systems Support the development, implementation & testing of IAM solutions, tools, and processes. Assist in risk assessments, security audits, reporting solutions and the formulation of security strategies. Work closely with IT teams, including technical architecture, infrastructure, operations management, testing and subject matter experts. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis within cyber security with proven experience working on Identity & Access Management programs Degree level qualification and a program management or methodology certification is highly desirable Strong understanding & experience using Microsoft Entra ID inclusive of Identity Access Management & Privilege Access Management Liaise closely with the Project Manager to understand/refine project brief, requirements and scope with an ability to lead initiatives independently with minimal supervision Excellent documentation, communication & collaboration skills to work with diverse on-shore and off-shore teams Proven direct experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and security tools (SIEM, Endpoint Detection Response, firewalls, encryption, access control systems). As well as exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and SDLC processes Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
