About the Role
As a Site Supervisor with Mickala, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management and coordination of both minor and major repairs to our fleet of lighting towers. You'll oversee all servicing and maintenance activities to ensure our equipment operates at peak performance and in full compliance with industry regulations and standards. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential, along with maintaining high standards of housekeeping across all work areas. You'll be responsible for managing weekly reporting, timesheet approvals, and using your strong computer skills to support efficient site operations. With a hands‑on approach, you'll step in to assist the team as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment that values learning, safety, and performance. Proven leadership capabilities and prior mine site experience are essential, along with a willingness to grow and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.
