Decking Perth is a leading supplier of premium composite and timber decking, cladding, and outdoor building products. We are looking for a polished, welcoming Showroom Representative to take ownership of our beautiful Mosman Park Selection Studio.
Overview
You aren't just selling materials—you are a catalyst for transformation. You will be the face of our Mosman Park location, dealing directly with walk-in retail customers, homeowners, and local trades who are ready to invest in high-quality backyard transformations.
Responsibilities
* Transforming Lifestyles: Proactively reaching out to new and existing contacts to help them upgrade their lives today with a stunning new deck.
* Showroom Excellence: Managing the floor and ensuring our premium displays inspire every customer who walks through the door.
* Consultative Expertise: Providing a high-end experience, discussing outdoor projects, and recommending the perfect solutions.
* End-to-End Ownership: Putting together accurate quotes, following up on enquiries, and processing orders with precision.
* Product Mastery: Becoming a true expert in our industry-leading ranges (full training provided).
What we need from you
* Proactive "Life-Changer": You aren't afraid to pick up the phone to help someone start their renovation journey—proactivity is key.
* Professional Presentation: You are highly articulate and confident dealing with the premium Mosman Park market.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems for quotes, data entry, Excel, and professional emails.
* Availability: Available for standard weekday hours (9am - 5pm) with rostered Saturday mornings.
* Working Rights: Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
