Payroll Coordinator Job Description
Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our expanding Bendigo team.
This fixed-term, part-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute your payroll expertise in a dynamic, people-focused environment. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll support to staff across our schools, ensuring compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and payroll legislation.
The Role:
* Title: Payroll Coordinator
* Classification: CEO Administration Level 4
* FTE / Hours per fortnight:0.8 FTE / 60.8 hours per fortnight
* Employment Status: Fixed Term
* Location: Bendigo
Responsibilities:
* Completing full-cycle payroll processing for multiple schools on a fortnightly basis
* Calculating staff entitlements including leave, overtime, and allowances
* Providing staff with accurate information on salaries and employment conditions
Requirements:
* Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
* Strong understanding of employee entitlements and payroll compliance
* High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
