We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the commercialization of integrated Solar PV + Energy Storage + EV Charging solutions. You will identify market opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver tailored clean energy systems to commercial/industrial clients, utilities, and project developers.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development
* Prospect and secure clients for turnkey solar-storage-EV charging projects.
* Analyze energy needs and design cost-optimized solutions using technical tools.
* Negotiate contracts (PPA, EPC, O&M) and close deals exceeding revenue targets.
* Technical Expertise
* Master product specs for PV modules, lithium-ion batteries, DC fast chargers, and EMS platforms.
* Collaborate with engineers to ensure system feasibility and ROI alignment.
* Map key verticals: logistics hubs, fleet operators, smart campuses, microgrids.
* Track policy incentives (e.g., net metering, EV infrastructure grants).
* Partnership Building
* Develop channel partnerships with EPC contractors, EV OEMs, and energy brokers.
* Represent the company at industry events (e.g., Intersolar, EV Charging Summit).
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/Renewable Energy/Business (MBA preferred).
* Experience: 5+ years in B2B technical sales for solar, ESS, or EVSE.
* Skills:
* Fluent in financial modeling (LCOE, NPV, payback period).
* Certified in PV design (e.g., NABCEP) or EV infrastructure (CAISO markets a plus).
* Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
