Roster: 7/7 Roster (Days only)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive SiteAdmin to join our team at a mine site in the Bowen Basin. This is a full-time, site-based role where you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties to support smooth site operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate site logistics, including booking PPE, accommodation, and travel arrangements for workers.
- Support the recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment teams, onboarding new hires, and managing site induction schedules.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, maintaining records, and other duties as required.
- Act as the main point of contact between the site team and office, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Provide support to management and employees on various operational matters.
About You
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative or site coordination role, ideally in the mining or construction industry.
- Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or onboarding is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced, remote site environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.
