The Opportunity
This Part-Time role is perfect for someone who would like a varied administration role and needs to work within school hours. Reporting to the Commercial Services Manager at Head Office in Perth and working closely with the Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the day to day running of the depot and ensuring our drivers, fleet, maintenance, and operational systems remain accurate, compliant, and efficient.
What Your Day Might Look Like
* Coordinating driver hours, payroll data, and overnight allowances
* Monitoring driver fatigue and lookahead schedules to support compliance
* Assisting with fleet scheduling and operational coordination
* Maintaining vehicle, maintenance, and compliance records
* Updating odometer readings and fuel usage
* Supporting the Operations team to keep everything running smoothly and on time
About You
You are organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks in a busy operational environment. You enjoy being part of a team, have a strong eye for detail, and take pride in producing accurate work.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
* Previous administration experience, ideally within transport, logistics operations
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Understanding of fatigue management or transport compliance (highly regarded)
