About your new job:
Working in a broad role you will be responsible for:
1. End to end Accounts Payable
2. End to end Accounts Receivable
3. Payroll for a small team
4. Bank reconciliations
5. Intercompany transactions
6. Managing staff expenses and credit cards
7. Assist with ABS reporting and audit requests
8. Assist with month-end and year-end journal entries
9. Ad-hoc tasks as required
About You:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
1. Previous experience in a similar capacity especially across payable and receivable
2. Knowledge of Excel – intermediate to advanced level
3. Ability to work to a strict schedule and be results-focused
4. Strong communication skills as well as attention to detail
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
