Product Maintenance Supervisor – Caringbah, Sydney
We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Caringbah. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of third‐party maintenance services for specialised diving and hyperbaric equipment, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical Defence‐related programmes, collaborating with engineering, production, and subcontract partners to maintain essential subsea capability. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational readiness and reliability of highly technical equipment, contributing directly to mission success.

What You'll Be Doing
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver third‐party maintenance activities in line with client schedules, budget, and quality requirements
* Supervise and manage subcontractors, including day‐to‐day liaison, scheduling, and issue resolution
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with contractual, technical, safety and quality requirements
* Monitor subcontractor performance and address non‐conformance where required
* Provide regular reporting on maintenance status, risks, and performance
* Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operational processes
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing subcontractors or third‐party service providers under contract
* Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience using ERP systems
* Excellent leadership and team supervision capability
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to analyse data and support reporting and decision‐making
Desirable
* Qualification in Engineering, Technical Trade, Asset Management, or Maintenance Management
* Experience working in Defence or highly regulated environments
* Knowledge of diving or hyperbaric systems
