Role Description
As the first point of contact for customers at our Coates Thornton your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick‑ups, repairs & breakdowns
- You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
- General Administration, Purchase Order Review

Qualifications
- Previous face‑to‑face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
