Overview
We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our growing team on a full‐time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert customer service and supporting the sales teams across the entire sales process.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert administrative support to the team, fostering professional relationships.
* Give support in all areas of the sales process and assist with running the office.
* Create promotional and marketing materials to actively promote the Elders brand.
* Maximise promotional opportunities, including field days and community events.
* Assist with expense management to ensure the branch operates effectively.
Qualifications
* Comfortable and thriving in a team-oriented, results‐focussed setting.
* Smart, resourceful and forward‐thinking, with a strong embrace of technology.
* Passionate about effecting real change for clients and the community.
* Excellent eye for detail and a background in business administration.
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients.
