Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
* Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
* Coordinate internal and external reporting obligations, including data compilation and report preparation.
* Support onboarding processes for new employees and contractors.
* Escalate IT issues and liaise with technical teams to resolve problems promptly.
Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Current Driver's Licence.
