Senior Leadership Opportunity
As a Senior Leader at our esteemed restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Your key responsibilities include leading by example, mentoring and guiding your team members to achieve outstanding results.
Key Accountabilities
* Spearhead the restaurant's strategy to enhance operational efficiency and consistency in service delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize beverage offerings and ensure consistent quality
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wine and beverage sales trends, as well as menu engineering best practices
* Foster an inclusive work environment that promotes open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among staff
Requirements
* Proven experience as a senior waiter or bar person in a professional restaurant setting for at least 1 year
* Strong understanding of wine and beverage sales principles, including menu engineering and pricing strategies
* Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
* Ambitious and driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments
* Availability to work weekends and holidays
