Medical Practitioner - Medicinal Cannabis - Remote
Medical Practitioner with experience in Telehealth or Clinic based settings is required to join our team in the field of Medicinal Cannabis.

Role
We are seeking generally registered Medical Practitioners to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing and managing patients with chronic pain and/or mental health conditions. Previous experience in prescribing Medicinal Cannabis is not required, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments with the support of our specialist nursing team, using face-to-face and/or telehealth consultations.
- Prescribe medicinal cannabis products in accordance with best clinical practice and relevant regulations.
- Undertake structured patient follow-up consultations and take responsibility for ongoing patient care.
- Liaise with other healthcare practitioners to provide holistic and well-coordinated care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policy and positive clinical practice.
Required Skills/Experience
- Current general registration with AHPRA unrestricted.
- Experience in assessing and managing patients with chronic pain and/or mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to function well within a team of clinicians.
- Commitment to providing an excellent standard of patient care.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
