Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Produce accurate technical drawings throughout the sales and pre-construction process
* Ensure drawings comply with council, State Environmental Planning Policies, NCC, Australian Standards, and company requirements
* Review and mark up plans for compliance and accuracy
* Ensure all variations are documented, charged, and reflected in systems
* Collaborate with internal teams including drafting, estimating, construction, permits, and sales
* Liaise with external consultants such as structural engineers, surveyors, and hydraulic engineers
* Provide technical advice and support across the business to ensure adherence to specifications and regulations
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications in building design, architectural technology, or equivalent
* Residential drafting experience (intermediate to advanced) using Revit and AutoCAD
* Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and State Environmental Planning Policies
* Experience working in residential construction or project home environments
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants professionally
