What you'll do
* Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
* Create Test Roadmaps for the Squads and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value of Testing
* Support production deployment of applications and perform "Sanity" checks
* Contributing towards continuous improvement of the QA processes and practices
* Ability to create and define a test approach for any given context and produce high value test artefacts
* Test Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind testing the initiatives thoroughly
What you'll bring
* Cloud technology testing experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
* Experience in design and development of automation frameworks on chatbots and smart IVRs
* Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems
* Strong experience in testing web/mobile applications
* Ability to test bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs)
