We are currently seeking General Hand workers to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a dedicated team producing high-quality food products enjoyed by everyday Australians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing ingredients for production according to specifications
* Operating production machinery and equipment
* Ensuring products meet all quality control and regulatory standards
* Strictly following hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures
* Accurately completing production records and documentation
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
* Overtime as required
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be willing to complete a medical screening and police check
* Be punctual, reliable, organised, and committed
* Have sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
* Be proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to complete production records clearly and accurately
* Demonstrate discipline, care, and attention to detail
* Strictly follow SOPs, policies, procedures, and WHS regulations (including consistent use of PPE)
* Thrive in a fast-paced production environment
* Have good physical stamina and be able to stand for long periods
* Be able to lift up to 30 kg and stand for up to 4 hours at a time
* Show initiative, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to product quality
* Hold valid working rights in Australia
