You will provide tailored financial solutions, helping clients navigate complex decisions while supporting long‐term business sustainability.
Responsibilities
* Support and grow a portfolio of agribusiness clients
* Partner with farmers and agribusiness clients to create practical, customised financial strategies
* Simplify complex financial matters to help clients with funding, risk management, and investment decisions
* Support primary producers and agribusiness clients through seasonal challenges, investment decisions, and growth planning
* Act as a trusted adviser, collaborating with financiers, consultants, and multi-generational farm owners to provide practical, tailored solutions that ensure ongoing business resilience and stability
Qualifications
* Interest or exposure to agribusiness, commercial banking, finance, or relationship management
* Ability to break down complex financial solutions for farming clients
* Understanding of specialised agribusiness and commercial financial products is a plus
* Strong relationship‐building skills and industry networks
* Knowledge of agricultural business cycles and operations
* Exposure to farm succession planning is a plus
