Key Position
The objective of this role is to possess sound knowledge and skills in PC hardware and software repair, electro-mechanical device repair, and experience with Self-Serve Checkout repairs. A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and working effectively as part of a team will be highly regarded. In addition, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Principal Responsibilities
* Conducting thorough assessments and repairing PC hardware and software.
* Maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical devices to the highest standards.
* Ensuring the effective operation of Self-Serve Checkout systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires the following qualifications and skills:

* Previous experience with Self-Serve Checkout repairs is advantageous.
* High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations.
* Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in electromechanical equipment repair.
