**About the role
The Radiographer Clinician is a registered Medical Radiation Practitioner who provides a high-quality diagnostic imaging service in a major Hospital Health Service. The successful applicant is a shift worker who can work a 24/7 roster and work across a range of clinical areas and imaging modalities and perform 'on-call' duties as rostered.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Deliver Medical Imaging services commensurate with training and experience, within a multidisciplinary team.
Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the professional guidance of a more senior clinician.
Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities.

Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
Possession of a tertiary qualification or equivalent establishing eligibility for a Statement of Accreditation or its recognised equivalent from the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
Registered as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Hold a current Use Licence issued by Radiation Health, Queensland.
