A well-established global merchant services and payments organisation is expanding its Australian field sales team as part of a major growth phase.This is a true field sales role suited to self-sufficient, results-driven sales professionals who enjoy autonomy, travel, and building strong face-to-face relationships with merchants.
The RoleAs a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory through a mix of new business development and existing merchant relationships.You’ll spend the majority of your time on the road, visiting retailers, executing in-market activity, and driving commercial outcomes. No two days are the same.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop a defined sales territoryBuild relationships with merchants through face-to-face visitsDrive new merchant acquisition and grow existing accountsPromote and implement merchant service solutionsComplete high-volume daily store visits (10–12+ per day)Log activity, pipeline and outcomes via a mobile CRM/appWork independently while aligning to weekly business objectives
About YouProven sales experience (field sales, FMCG, B2B, payments, POS, telco or similar)Highly self-motivated and results-driven (outcomes over hours)Comfortable working autonomously and travelling regularlyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAble to engage a diverse merchant baseVisa sponsorship available for the right candidates
