Key Territory Sales Professional
This position requires a seasoned sales expert to oversee and optimize sales performance within a designated territory.
* Leads and motivates a team of field-based sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
* Develops and implements tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
* Builds strong relationships with key customers in the Impulse and Convenience channel.
* Conducts regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Prior experience in sales or FMCG is highly preferred, particularly in the Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets.
* A basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi.
* An outgoing and approachable personality with a passion for sales.
* Effective communication skills, capable of adapting to diverse audiences.
This role necessitates a valid Full Driver's License and applicants must possess full working rights for Australia.
