About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and occupancy across our facilities in Queensland, NSW, and South Australia. You will work closely with residents and their families to ensure a seamless transition into our care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care sales and admissions, as well as a strong understanding of the aged care system, ACAT assessments, and fee structures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and occupancy across all facilities
* SUPPORT NEW RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE AGED CARE SYSTEM
* Work closely with the National Sales & Admissions Manager to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
* Experience in aged care sales and admissions
* Strong understanding of the aged care system, ACAT assessments, and fee structures
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
* Ability to work with sensitivity and professionalism during emotional family discussions
* Competence in CRM/enquiry systems and general computer literacy
* Warm, welcoming, and empathetic approach
* Highly professional with a strong customer focus
* A current driver's licence and car
