Position Overview:
Braci is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef de Partie or Pizza Chef to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our restaurant's reputation for exceptional food, while ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Co-lead and motivate the kitchen team to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
* Customer Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high service standards, resolving guest concerns, and anticipating needs.
* Quality Control: Ensure food is prepared and served in keeping with venues standards.
* Hygiene : Managing the highest standards of safe food preparation.
Qualifications:
* Preferred experience as a Pizzaiolo working with traditional wood fired ovens.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for delivering exceptional food.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
* Availability to work afternoon/evenings and weekends.
* Food Safety Certificate preferred.
