Electronics Manufacturing Engineer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between design and manufacturing teams, providing expert input on manufacturability of electronic components, participating in design reviews, preparing detailed documentation for manufacturing processes, developing advanced SMT PCBA manufacturing capabilities, leading supply chain development for electronics components, and updating designs and leading continuous improvement efforts.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Action as a liaison between design and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production process
* Provide expert input on manufacturability of electronic components to optimize product design
* Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Prepare detailed documentation for manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Develop advanced SMT PCBA manufacturing capabilities to increase productivity and quality
* Lead supply chain development for electronics components to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
* Update designs and lead continuous improvement efforts to stay ahead of industry trends
Mandatory Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electronics or Aerospace Engineering
* 3+ years of experience in a professional electronics setting
* Strong understanding of electronics assembly fundamentals
