Salary: Level 3, $137,428 - $150,385 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)

We have two (2) 12 month fixed term, full-time positions commencing Term 1, 2026.
We are seeking two dedicated and dynamic Program Coordinators-Student Services to join our Student Services team to foster a positive and inclusive school environment. Each Program Coordinator will be responsible for two groups supporting student wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour across the school.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of our Behaviour Management Policy.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to engage students in making positive behaviour choices.
- Champion and promote our Positive Behaviours Framework, embedding it into daily school life.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with students, supporting their social and emotional development.
- Oversee and lead management of students with identified special needs in collaboration with relevant staff (establishment, monitoring and review of IEPs, RMPs, IBMPs).
- Oversee and monitor student attendance and take appropriate action to improve attendance, including referrals to other agencies and regional office personnel.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to support engagement, wellbeing and pathways.
Qualifications and Skills
The successful applicant will ideally have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with young people. Roles require empathy, consistency, and a proactive mindset. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential for working with staff and families.

Eligibility

- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
