About the role
Be our leasing manager from advertising through to home opens, processing of applications and lease preparation.
Conduct routine and final property inspections with precision and accuracy.
Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords addressing concerns with professionalism.
Prepare clear, detailed inspection reports using PM software.
Prepare ingoing property condition reports that are thorough together with detailed and relevant photographs.
Responsibilities
Advertise properties and manage leasing process from start to finish.
Process applications and prepare leases.
Conduct routine and final property inspections, identifying maintenance issues.
Communicate with tenants and landlords professionally.
Prepare inspection reports with PM software and detailed photographs.
Maintain accurate property condition reports.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail.
Professional personal presentation.
Confidence to address issues head on.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good health and ability to work in rain, hail or shine.
Current driver's licence.
Minimum of one year's property management experience.
PM registration (e.g., PHI, IPMA).
