Role: Experienced Sign Maker (Full Time)
This is more than just a production job. You'll be hands‑on from concept to completion—bringing designs to life, tackling diverse challenges, and making brands pop. Whether it's wrapping a fleet of vehicles or precision‑cut window decals, to complex corporate signage, you'll be the expert behind the magic.
What you'll be doing:
* Own the production floor : Cutting, laminating, weeding, guillotining, applying vinyl—whatever it takes to get the job done right.
* Vehicle wraps and installs : From decals to full wraps across utes, vans, trucks and trailers.
* Support and perform on-site signage installations : Working alongside experienced installers or independently as required.
* Collaborate with designers : Work closely with our in‑house design team to turn artwork into wow‑worthy signage.
* Problem solve like a pro : Troubleshoot on the fly and keep projects moving.
* Maintain tools, workspace, and quality standards : A tidy shop is a productive shop.
What we're looking for:
* 2+ year full‑time experience in signage production and installation.
* Comfortable working on‑site and liaising with clients directly.
* Driver's licence is a must .
* Must hold a valid car licence (C).
* EWP, Working at Heights, and White Card.
* Familiarity with Avery, 3M, and Arlon materials.
* Welding and light fabrication experience (desirable for structural signage work).
