* Partnering with W360 FM to support the Proactive Services Deployment in South Australia.
* Starts June 2026 — up to 5 month fixed‐term contracts travelling across South Australia and NT.
* Extensive food retail/supermarket management or trainer experience essential.
What you will do
Here at Woolies, the Proactive Services team ensures trolleys are available and stores are in pristine condition to provide a hygienic environment for customers and staff. Our trainers support workforce development by delivering training, coaching, and mentoring to Proactive Services teams.
* Deliver hands‐on technical training in Proactive Services tasks, including operating commercial cleaning equipment, use of authorised chemicals, trolley collection vehicle training and assessment.
* Provide coaching, training and mentoring in proactive services, customer service, and retail excellence through classroom style training, workshops, 1:1 sessions, and side‐by‐side coaching.
* Analyse development opportunities, create coaching plans and report progress through set communication channels.
* Plan and prioritise based on Proactive Services rollout, including support for New Store and Renewal programs.
* Work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

* Deep understanding of in‐store operations or experience as a department manager or ASM.
* Passion for building and supporting a great cultural environment; trusted and collaborative partner.
* Ability to travel across SEQ week to week to support deployment, including overnight stays, early and late starts.
* Driver's licence and willingness to drive distances across SEQ.
