At our multicultural communications agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to play a key role in achieving individual and team sales targets. As an Account Manager, your primary mission will be to advise clients on translation and communications solutions that drive revenue growth.
Job Description
* You will work closely with government and not-for-profit clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, scoping translation projects, preparing quotes and sales proposals, and building strong client relationships through online and face-to-face meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Prior experience in account management or sales is valued but not essential; however you must have a tertiary qualification in translation, interpreting or communications.
2. A helpful attitude with enthusiasm for working within the translations industry is also required as well as willingness to travel onsite within your capital city during business hours only if necessary. You must have good analytical skills for estimating project costs efficiently. You'll need regular high speed internet access at home from 8am-5pm (business hrs) each day Monday - Thursday with extended hours Fri mornings till lunch time plus overnight backups every other Sat evening prior any large expected increases of workload whether its new leads generated internally externally via networks already engaged upon us collectively etc., ideally this would all happen automatically around those times while retaining full redundancy support system overall always operating twenty-four seven even if weekly maintenance takes place say sometimes once per fortnight due factors staff schedules reasonableness emergency staffing wherever single employee provides just ask most theirs freely offered knowledge gained needed fair balance fair profit maximization alongside similarly sought amongst managers too outside especial governance policies guidance resources involved focus reaching intrinsic worth interpersonal respected motivators greater team members .],
