Senior Advisor Business Partnering
Location: 6 Parramatta Square, flexible working arrangements.
Employment type: Temporary full‐time role (contract 5–9 months) with potential future opportunities.
Salary: Clerk 9/10, $129,464 – $142,665 plus employer superannuation and annual leave loading.
Your role
Partner with the business and other areas within Human Resources to deliver best‐practice HR strategies, services, and advice across a range of functions—including recruitment, legislation, change management, job design, learning and development, WH&S, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, industrial relations, and talent management—to support the business in achieving its objectives and delivering on major reform and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
* Interpret legislation, awards, policies, and procedures to support effective workplace management.
* Manage employee matters including non‐work‐related injuries or health conditions, grievances, attendance, and underperformance.
* Advise and support change management, recruitment and selection, and annual performance management processes.
* Lead operational workforce planning and establishment management quality assurance.
* Support workplace culture alignment with DCJ values.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Build strong relationships with management to act as a trusted HR advisor.
* Lead, coach, and support managers and staff across a range of HR matters and workforce strategies.
* Research, analyse, and present HR information to provide strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, use systems effectively, coordinate multiple priorities, and maintain resilience in a fast‐paced environment.
