Technical Support Specialist
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our fast-paced agile service desk team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the business.
The role involves addressing day-to-day support needs of users, attending to end-user requests via various channels and providing timely updates on logged requests using an ITSM tool.
1. Diagnostics and resolution of hardware and software issues as outlined in the ITSM tool catalogue
