The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.Role: IFS Cloud ArchitectLocation: SydneyContract Duration: 6+ Months with high potential for extensionsExperience: 12+ YearsJob DescriptionAs an IFS Cloud Solution Architect (Service Management), you will be involved in an upgrade to IFS FSM 6.0 and must have hands-on experience with IFS cloud Service Management solutions, including PSO, Mobile, and Integrations.Work alongside Solutions/Presales teams and Business Architects to understand business and functional requirements.Develop the "As-is" and "To-be" state models to provide functional product solutions and demonstrate them as needed.Experience with deployment, integration, and data migration activities on IFS cloud solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Presentations and Demonstrations: Participate in internal and customer-facing product presentations and demos.Customer Discovery Sessions: Facilitate and document customer sessions to uncover business processes and requirements.Technical Questions: Respond to technical inquiries in RFIs and RFPs.Design Documentation: Prepare design documents based on functional requirements, including workflows and integration designs.Operations and MaintenanceIncident Management: Manage escalated incidents, ensuring timely resolution.Change Management: Handle change requests, analyze requirements, propose solutions, and document changes.Enhancements and Bug Fixes: Perform system enhancements and bug fixes, ensuring alignment with architecture.Infrastructure Support: Coordinate with relevant teams for infrastructure, database, and OS support.Documentation: Maintain design documents and user manuals.Support Model: Support operations to ensure continuous service and quick issue resolution.Contact: 61-(02) 7207 6926 for more details.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
