About Our Services
Our mission is to empower people to live their best lives and stay connected with their communities through permanent part-time contracts starting with a minimum of 10 guaranteed hours per fortnight which will increase as we build your roster.
Key Responsibilities:
* Domestic Support: housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, personal administration (shopping, banking, paying bills)
* Personal Care: bathing, toileting, grooming, hoisting (customers with high care needs)
* Maintaining connections to the community (appointments, activities, family and friends)
We foster creative solutions to challenges. On-the-job training and buddy shifts are available to develop necessary skills.
Requirements:
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening check
* Positive Attitude and Resourcefulness: flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing situations
Candidates must have experience helping individuals and families, and qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services are beneficial.
