Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and review Organisational Change Management strategies and products
* Ensure alignment of change activities across large-scale ICT and transformation programs
* Provide strategic change management advice to senior stakeholders
* Lead engagement with stakeholders to inform planning and tactics
* Support training, communication, and transition-to-operations activities
* Oversee reporting, analytics and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
* Contribute to building internal change capability through coaching and mentoring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Australian Citizenship with Baseline Security Clearance
* Demonstrated experience in Change Management or Change Leadership roles on large ICT transformation programs
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across executive, technical and business teams
