We have an opportunity for a Billing & Meter Data Team Leader to join the team, based in Geelong.

**_The role is primarily responsible for: _**
- Supporting the Service Delivery Manager in the leadership of the Billing & Meter Data Team to achieve
- Pacific Blue Retail's growth, values and customer experience objectives in moving the business from good to great.
- Provide leadership and assistance to the Operations team in delivering exceptional service to ensure customer enquiries are attended to, meter data is received, customers are billed and maintained in accordance with the National Electricity Market rules.
- Working as part of a team to develop and document policies and procedures relating to a variety of operational tasks undertaken within the National Electricity market interaction within the Retail Operations business for both C&I and Mass Market.
- Problem solving by reviewing and diagnosing problems and perform the necessary actions to resolve them on a timely manner.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting as required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Working with a "one team" approach by working in all areas within the Retail Operations group such as Billing, Transfers, B2B, Network Payments and Customer support during busy times.
- The provision of an execellent level of custoemr service by managing customer escalations and complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.

**_To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- Experience working within hte billing department of an Electricity Retail Business
- A strong understanding of and experience working within the National Electricity Market - Retail and associated customer back office
- Experience in operations such as billing, network tariff maintenance, service orders, new connections and customer transfers
- Customer Service experience
- People leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal an written communication skills
- Proven time management skills with the abilit to multi task
- Proficiency in MSATS and Microsoft Office products
