Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing the allocation of merchandise to our retail stores, working closely with various departments to support optimal stock levels year-round.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes, including store allocations.
* Communicate directly with our retail teams to ensure effective inventory control in stores.
* Liaise with our design, product, visual merchandising, and retail operations teams.
* Review purchase orders and quantities.
* Monitor product performance across the business and specific locations.
* Prepare reports and analytics for key decision-makers.
Requirements
* Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel skills or database experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the organisation.
* A strong, data-driven analytical focus.
* Tertiary qualifications in fashion, business, or similar (although this isn't a deal-breaker).
