Responsibilities
:
· Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
· Configuration of Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems.
· Diagnoses Fault and repairs on Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems.
· Software load and Configuration of EBI Systems and other systems as required.
· Programming of Security, CCTV, Electrical and Third-Party Systems.
· Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
· Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects
· Perform electrical maintenance activities and participate in the electrical shift roster
· Contract Retention and New client contact
· Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients, Customer surveys and NPS targets.
· Site audits.
· Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
· Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
Key Experience & Capabilities:
· Intermediate to High computer skills - Essential
· Electrical license - Desirable
· Cabling licence - Desirable
· Fault finding knowledge – Essential
· Security license or willingness/ability to obtain – Essential
· Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment
· At least three years’ experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems, EBI products, Security, CCTV, Electrical systems.
· Strong experience in Security, CCTV and electrical Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis..
