System Administrator Role
* The System Administrator will work in the Governance & Operations team, acting as the administrator for core systems.
* This role involves maximising technology opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data management and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of technology strategy for continual improvement and capability uplift.
* Streamline process and procedure using existing platforms while keeping an eye to the future for easy transition and development.
* Accountable for supporting maintenance and enhancement of systems environments, ensuring optimisation of functionality.
* Developing process maps for all administrative transactions, coaching teams and keeping on top of trends and required system upgrades.
* Provide support across divisions to users of platforms, raising incidents and defects when necessary and adding to the knowledge base.
* Guide departments on the testing and deployment of changes within People Platforms.
* Oversee security profiles across platforms and ensure their configuration is fit for purpose.
* Contribute, participate & be involved in team meetings, practices, community involvement, company events & initiatives.
* Determine and make recommendations for system enhancements or customisation.
* Recommend changes to current process to ensure ongoing process improvement and take the lead in the implementation of identified improvements.
* Investigate and recommend future enhancements for systems and ensure current systems are being utilised and optimised to the fullest.
Requirements
* Understanding of Cornerstone on Demand HR Management System/ iChris payroll systems or similar.
* Experience developing security groups that control access to sensitive systems and data.
* Balanced business/technical focus with an eye for continual systems/process improvements.
* Demonstrated relationship management, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills.
* Demonstrated tactical thinking with proven implementation of successful process improvement.
* Growing knowledge of Human Resources and people systems.
* Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, set workloads, follow through and meet deadlines.
* Ability to lead change, influence as appropriate & facilitate as required with tools/resources.
* Demonstrated ability with innovation & implementation of HRIS/Tools/Resources.
