Are you an experienced Functions manager looking for your next challenge? The Beach House is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to assist with leading our front of house team.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager will oversee:
* Function Enquiries, Sales and Major Bookings
* Execution of Function Operations
This is a new role and applicants have the opportunity to make it their own.

Tucked away in the dunes of Eden Beach, we're a busy and much‐loved local spot known for an Asian‐inspired woodfired menu and uninterrupted views of WA's coastline. Our venue offers a fresh and energetic atmosphere where great food, drinks, and service come together. Whether it's a casual lunch or a buzzing dinner service, we aim to create memorable moments for every guest.
We've been celebrated by WA Good Food Guide, Eat, Drink Design, Australian Hotels Association, Wanneroo Business Association and featured in articles by Perth is OK and UrbanList just to name a few.
Our venue is not just a restaurant – we host special events, private functions, live music and also run a separate venue downstairs in the park called The Cubby House. No two days are the same, demanding sharp service and strong leadership.
What You'll Bring
* Strong verbal and digital communication skills
* Passion for the industry – keeping up to date with trends
* Experience leading a FOH team of 20+ employees and ability to manage, motivate and train staff
* Knowledge of rostering systems and ability to meet wage targets
* Strong understanding of stock and inventory processes
* Beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
* A current Western Australian RSA and Approved Manager's Certification
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
* Reliable mode of transport, allowing you to access the venue in Jindalee
