Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Japanese & English)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 80-100+ outbound cold calls per day in both English and Japanese
- Prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Manage leads effectively within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Research target accounts and industries to personalise outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Track and report key metrics to improve performance
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or lead generation role (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
- Business proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to conduct effective outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Goal-driven, resilient, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
