Full time, 12-month Fixed Term position Great opportunity to provide communications and administration support to a busy HR function Base Salary $99,455 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Office of the CHRO is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and passionate administration and communications officer to join the HR Business Services team. A key program of work for the team in 2025 is the development and implementation of the HR Communications Strategy. This role will support the project team to review existing communications, draft and publish updated communications using a range of digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will be to: assist in the development and implementation of the HR Communications Strategy for 2025. support the HR Business Services team to evaluate current HR communications to identify areas for improvement. create and edit new communication materials to align with the updated strategy. distribute updated communications across various digital platforms. work closely with the project team to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication. leverage a range of digital tools and platforms to enhance communication efforts. actively engage with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve communication processes. provide general administrative support to the work area as required. About you relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant work experience experience drafting communications for a range of platforms and audiences strong written and verbal communications skills excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously strong stakeholder management skills, able to reach out to stakeholders of different levels to gather information for HR Comms experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications Sponsorship / work rights for Australia Please note: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
