Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Position our organization to win new business by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
* Develop in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and financial positions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
* Negotiate commercial terms of transactions with clients and oversee progress through to conclusion.
* Maintain close liaison with risk management to ensure effective mitigation of potential risks.
* BUILD A network of internal and external stakeholders to assist in the origination of new business and gathering of competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
* Experience in client analysis and credit origination.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate within a high-performing team environment.
* Sound time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Extensive knowledge of bank products and financial services.
