We are working with a leading and growing employment practice in Brisbane that is seeking to appoint an Employment Lawyer at Associate level (1–6 PQE).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising on a broad mix of contentious and advisory employment matters, with strong client exposure and a clear pathway for progression.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners across a range of matters, including:
* Workplace relations disputes and litigation
* Unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims
* Employment advisory work (contracts, policies, restructures)
* Industrial relations matters and enterprise bargaining
* Corporate support on transactions and workforce issues
About You
* 1–6 years' PQE in employment law
* Prior employment law experience is essential (private practice or in-house)
* Strong drafting, advisory and dispute resolution skills
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
* Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
