Installers
This role requires the successful applicants to have previous experience in Cabinet Making and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake Cabinet / Kitchen Installation on residential and commercial projects.
* Work as part of a team of other installers to achieve great site outcomes.
* Read and interpret plans and specifications.
* Liaise with Project Manager and Site Supervisors to achieve outcomes while maintaining great relationships.
* Work on multiple projects and ensure time delivery of results.
* Offer support and assistance to your broader team, while contributing to process improvements and quality outcomes.
* Be able to deliver a positive site presence with great customer service to our customers.
About You
* A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker
* Excellent attention to detail and understanding of quality standards.
* Have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge and understanding of Cabinet Making along with formal qualifications.
* Driver's License and White Card.
* Excellent health with a capacity to perform manual work.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to adhere to OHS regulations
* High levels of self-motivation as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
* Excellent problem solving and time management skills
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
* A forklift licence will be highly regarded but not essential
