We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent high school graduate looking to start their career in business administration and gain hands-on experience in a supportive office environment.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, commencing at 3 days per week, with the potential to grow as you develop in the role.
You will assist our team with day-to-day administrative and office tasks, including:
* Answering phone calls and managing emails
* Greeting clients and assisting with meeting preparation
* Providing customer service support to clients and team members
* Managing office supplies and maintaining a tidy office environment
* General administrative duties, including filing and data entry
* Product research and obtaining supplier quotes
* Liaising with councils, utility providers and other authorities
* Occasional collection or delivery of documents and supplies
About You
This role is ideal for a recent school leaver who is:
* Eager to learn and start a career in administration
* Well presented with strong communication skills
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office programs
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Positive, proactive and willing to take initiative
Requirements:
* Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
* Own reliable vehicle
* Right to work in Australia
No prior experience is required – full training will be provided.
