SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: ANZ Supply Chain ManagerPURPOSE OF ROLEThe Supply Chain Coordinator is a hybrid role focused on operational excellence across key areas of the Supply Chain, including warehousing, logistics, inventory control, materials management, sales support and customer order fulfillment. The position is responsible for both customer-facing and back-end supply chain tasks, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely operations.MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Warehousing & LogisticsOversee the day-to-day operations of warehouses and carriers, ensuring proper storage, handling, and transportation of materials in line with regulations and company standardsMonitor warehouses' performance against Service Level Expectations to drive customer satisfaction, efficiencies and continuous improvementMonitor carriers' performance and spending to drive customer satisfaction, efficiencies and cost reductionWork with logistics providers and customs brokers to schedule shipments and manage delivery timelines.Support Customer Service order fulfilment, acting as an escalation point to resolve delays and discrepanciesHandle any shipping-related issues, including delays or damaged goods, and resolve them efficientlyInventory Distribution & Materials ManagementIn collaboration with Supply Planning, monitor and manage inventory across warehouses and manufacturing facilities to ensure optimal stock levels and rotation.Monitor stock turn and aging inventory, reporting issues to Supply Planning and Sales teams to assist liquidationManage consignment inventory at agencies, ensuring accuracy of system records and timely reporting of salesInventory ControlPerform regular cycle and stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.Maintain accurate quarantine records to ensure non-conforming materials are properly segregated, and coordinate provision, rework or disposal of the sameAct as the key operational link between Customer Service, Planning and Sales teams, driving continuous improvement through process enhancement, knowledge sharing and integrated activitiesManage the Available-to-Promise (ATP) function, reviewing the Customer Order Book against inventory and supply plans to optimize inventory and maximize salesProvide scheduled and ad hoc reports to the Sales team, addressing sales history, inventory coverage, warehousing and logisticsSupport Customer Service during high-volume, annual and sick leave periodsSupply Chain Administration:Maintain and support accurate records of supply chain activities, including customer and material master data, order entry, inventory levels, and shipment status.Prepare and generate reports on key performance metrics, including DIFOT and inventory turnoverAssist in managing and improving supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).2-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory control, logistics, or materials management.Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management systems, and customer order fulfillment.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with supply chain software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (SAP preferred).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
